Actor Rana Daggubati, known for his unique role choices, has not done a solo film in over three years. After Virata Parvam, Rana appeared only in cameo roles in a couple of films, which left his fans wondering why he was staying away from lead roles.
Currently, Rana is working on Kaantha, a period film with Dulquer Salmaan. He is also acting in Parashakti, a film directed by Sudha Kongara and starring Sivakarthikeyan. In both these films, Rana is not playing the lead but is said to have important roles.
Fans are questioning whether Rana is not getting solo film offers or if he is choosing to work in multi-starrers. From the start of his career, Rana has aimed to be known as a versatile actor, not limited by image. Though he tried commercial films in between, they didn’t give the expected results.
