Ram Pothineni has been trying to come up with a big action entertainer from a long time. He found a big blockbuster with Ismart Shankar. After that his fims did not really attain great success at the box office. Ram is for the first time working with Boyapati Sreenu for the first time. The film is titled Skanda and it is releasing on 15th September, 2023. The team has released trailer on 26th August at the pre-release event. Nandamuri Balakrishna attended the event and wished Ram all the success.
Srinivas Chitturi of Srinivasa Silver Screens is producing this film. Ram in the trailer is looking like a quintessential Boyapati Sreenu hero. The actor seems to have changed his looks for this film and he is looking dynamic. The new look and avatar of the actor raises hopes on the film. Boyapati Sreenu in his original style designed action sequences and the trailer looks like a feast for action fans. Ram has given an energetic performance even in them.
Boyapati Sreenu is known for bringing back 90’s actors in supporting roles. He did the same in this film, too. Ram looks and Sreeleela seem to be huge attraction in this film. Srikanth will also be seen in an important supporting role, in the film. SS Thaman scored music for the film and Skanda team already released two singles. Both are going viral. Ram and Sreeleela dance from those numbers have also become viral. Skanda is releasing Pan-India in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam along with Telugu language.
