Rajnikanth has become one of the biggest stars and icons of Indian Cinema. Over past 40 years, he has grown his market to a level that no other actor can imagine. Rajnikanth has been given the title Superstar and majority of Indian Cinema audiences accept him as their “Thalaivar” – “King”. Now, he is working with Nelson Dilipkumar. The movie has been titled Jailer. Release date of Rajnikanth Jailer has been announced by producers.
The movie is going to hit theatres worldwide on 10th August, 2023. Along with Rajnikanth – Mohan Lal, Shiva RajKumar, Ramyakrishnan, Tamannaah, Suneel, Jackie Shroff, Naga Babu and many more are cast in the film. Rajnikanth and Mammootty have acted together in a film – Thalapathy, 30 years ago. But Mohan Lal and Rajnikanth never shared screen together. With this film, they are going to come together for the first time.
Nelson Dilipkumar failed to deliver a blockbuster with Vijay, Beast. Even though movie became a commercial success in Tamil Nadu, it disappointed many. Jailer is his next big budget and big star film. Rajnikanth has not been able to deliver his range blockbuster at box office, due to new age directors not giving him best suitable scripts.
If Nelson delivers, the movie will definitely give a great experience to every Rajnikanth fan. Sun Pictures is producing the film.
