The song Guns and Roses from Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film OG has given fans a fresh new vibe, adding to the growing excitement around the movie. Released recently, the track stands out for its mix of Telugu and English lyrics, stylish composition, and animated lyrical video. With its unique energy, the song has raised expectations even higher for the film’s grand release on 25 September.
Written by Adwitiyah Vozzzla and composed by Thaman, Guns and Roses departs from regular high-energy elevation songs. Singer Harsha’s powerful vocals bring out the spirit of the track, while the much-talked-about “Hungry Cheetah” line, first teased in the film’s glimpse, has thrilled fans further. The creative use of animation in the lyrical video has also been praised for offering something new.
OG has already impressed with earlier songs like Fire Storm and Suvvi Suvvi. While Fire Storm trended widely on social media with its action-packed energy, Suvvi Suvvi showcased romance. The Trance of Omi, released before Guns and Roses, also captured fans’ attention. With each song presenting a different mood, Thaman’s music is being seen as one of the movie’s biggest strengths.
Directed by Sujeeth and produced by DVV Entertainments, OG is being made on a massive scale for a pan-India release. Alongside Pawan Kalyan, the film stars Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi as the antagonist, with Priyanka Mohan as the female lead. Sriya Reddy, Arjun Das, Prakash Raj and Harish Uthaman also play key roles.
Trade analysts believe OG could set new box office records in Pawan Kalyan’s career, given the hype surrounding it. With its star power, grand visuals, and chart-topping music, the film is targeting both mass and class audiences. Fans are now eager to see how Guns and Roses and the other tracks translate on the big screen when OG hits cinemas later this month.
