Aamir Khan is actively promoting his upcoming film, Sitaare Zameen Par, which is also his own production. The film stars Genelia D’Souza, returning to big mainstream cinema after a long time. Casting real-life actors with Down’s syndrome is going to be the major highlight of Sitaare Zameen Par. The recently released trailer has garnered positive feedback from viewers, although a few criticized it for being a copy even after it was announced as the official remake of the 2018 movie Champions starring Woody Harrelson. Although the story and concept are the same as the original, the dialogues and storytelling seem to have been modified for the better. These changes were made to suit the current mindset of audiences, encapsulating many positive messages.

In an interview with Zoom, Aamir Khan spoke about how trolling doesn’t really affect the final result of a film whether it’s a success or a flop. He explained how his movie Laal Singh Chaddha was not a failure because of trolling. Defending his point, he brought up that Three Idiots would have been a huge success, just as it is today, even if it had faced any kind of trolling. He believes that trolling a good movie will not make or break its deserved success.

Now, his explanation of his own failures and successes using his films as examples has ignited discussions among netizens, making it a trending topic on X (twitter).
