Navdeep, Telugu film actor, has been said to be absconding in Madhapur Narcotic Drugs bust case. CP CV Anand has revealed to press that Police have caught Narcotic drugs in Madhapur. He stated that they have caught three Nigerians and several who are peddling drugs. CV Anand also stated that Navdeep has been found to be a consumer of these harmful drugs. He stated that the person is absconding and police will find him soon. Navdeep clarified about these reports and stated that he is in Hyderabad.
He took to social media to decline reports. Navdeep stated to NTV that he did not take narcotic drugs and he is not involved in peddling. Earlier, he has been named in narcotic drugs peddling cases several times. Never he has been found unquestionably guilty. Once again, his name popped up and the actor denied his involvement. Navdeep wrote on his X (Twitter) account, “That’s not me gentlemen. I’m right here .. pls clarify thanks.” He asked police to clarify about his involvement.

CV Anand has also invited recent blockbuster Baby movie director Sai Razesh and producer SKN. He stated that the movie has scenes depicting how to use drugs. Baby movie producer and director have stated that they did not consume, supply or use drugs during the shoot or in the scene. He also stated that they have written the scene to show how youth are being spoilt.
He clarified that they have no intention to encourage usage of drugs. On the other hand, with Navdeep and Baby movie makers names coming out several reports have been trying to showcase them as addicts. While Navdeep confessed that he used to drink alcohol and lose control at times, he stated that he never took narcotic drugs and never been involved in supplying or buying them.
