Bangarraju and Devadas, Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva had much wider acceptance than them. His fans have been hurt by his decisions to only go with new filmmakers and not making commercial enough movies. Nagarjuna is approaching 100 movies landmark as a leading actor. He is now going to announce his 99th movie, Nag99 on his birthday. Nagarjuna is also re-releasing his cult classic romantic movie Manmadhudu in 4k on 29th August for his birthday.
Following the re-releasing trend, Nagarjuna Akkineni has come out of his hibernation to have a theatrical release. Now, the actor is expected to announce his next film on his birthday. The movie will be his 99th and also will be another one directed by young filmmaker and debutant. Vijay Binni, a choreographer will be debuting as a director with the film. The sources state that a teaser shoot has happened recently. Nagarjuna has accepted the movie title to be Naa Saami Ranga.
Nagarjuna favorite composer MM Keeravani will be composing music for this film state sources. The movie is stated to be remake of a Malayalam Film. Srinivasa Chitturi is producing the film on Srinivasa Silver Screens, who is also producing Skanda. The team has given an update that Nagarjuna film update will be announced at 10:27 AM on 29th August. The pre-announcement poster showcases a cycle, a village set-up and a sickle. Looks like Nagarjuna has decided to come up with a complete mass commercial film. Kajal Aggarwal could be playing leading lady role in the film.
