Naga Chaitanya Akkineni is cautiously taking steps to grow his image as family hero as his films are now being directed at attracting family audiences to the theatres. Love Story, Bangarraju had different themes but at core they have been family entertainers with youthful and mass elements.
The actor has tried his hand at mass commercial films and most of them did not work. As he understood that people are liking him in one genre of films, he is comfortable in doing them as well. He finished his work on his next film, Thank You.
Manam fame Vikram Kumar directed the film and the duo is working on a web series Dootha for Amazon Prime Video. Raashii Khanna, Malavika Nair, Avika Gor are playing female characters in the film. Sudigali Sudheer and several comedians shot for the film in Russia, for the final schedule.
Dil Raju is producing the film and the team announced the release date on Saturday. Movie is going to release on 8th July. Story is said to follow a youngster’s life from his 20’s to mid-30’s. SS Thaman is scoring music for the film.
