Megastar Chiranjeevi trusted him to be able to get a good script and execute it well. The trailer cut showcases that Meher Ramesh made a pure Megastar film with Vedalam concept.
The movie is a remake of Vedalam directed by Siva with Ajith as the lead. Megastar Chiranjeevi liked the concept. Meher Ramesh took his time to re-write and re-imagine the film.
