Megastar Chiranjeevi has taken a break from acting in 2007 for his political ambitions. In 2017, he has decided to quit politics and re-enter into films. He released Godfather, Waltair Veerayya and Bholaa Shankar in the gap of 11 months. Megastar Chiranjeevi has announced his next for his daughter Sushmita Konidela’s maiden production. Megastar Chiranjeevi will be seen in a fantasy film after two decades. He did Jagadeeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari in 1990 and then Anji in 2004. Now, Bimbisara director Mallidi Vassishta will be handling this fantasy genre film, MEGA157. UV Creations will produce the film. The team has announced the movie with a concept poster.
