‘Major’ makers announce indefinite postponement

Finally, Major gets a date

“We are living in unprecedented times and we hope you are following all the safety protocols and staying safe. Our film ‘Major’, which was originally scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on July 2, is now postponed to a later date,” the makers of ‘Major’ today said, announcing the indefinite postponement of their movie. 

They added that they will announce the new release date once things are back to normal. “Times are tough but so are we,” the production house owned by Mahesh Babu wrote. 

The film stars Adivi Sesh as the lead man. “Release Day of #MajorTheFilm will be my PROUDEST moment. So Let’s celebrate when times get better. Safer. Maamulga undadhu. I Promise Jai Hind (sic),” the ‘Evaru’ actor tweeted. 

Directed by Sashikiran Tikka, the film has script guidance by Abburi Ravi. Vamsi Patchipulusu is its cinematographer. Production design is by Avinash Kolla. Sricharan Pakala has composed the BGM.
