The trailer begins with a striking scene where the demon king Hiranyakashipu performs intense penance to gain a boon from Lord Brahma. The story then moves to his son, Prahlad, a devout follower of Lord Vishnu. Despite his father’s opposition, Prahlad remains firm in his devotion. The arrival of Lord Vishnu in the fierce Narasimha avatar to protect Prahlad brings a powerful emotional and visual moment in the trailer.
With its stunning animation and gripping background music, the trailer has impressed viewers and raised expectations. The visual presentation of this legendary story from Indian history has been praised for its depth and quality.
Producer Shilpa Dhawan shared her excitement, stating that the team is ready to present the epic stories of Lord Narasimha and Lord Varaha. She said every frame and heartbeat of the film brings life to this divine tale. “The roar of Narasimha is coming,” she added.
Director Ashwin Kumar called this trailer the first step in a spiritual journey. He described it as the beginning of a cinematic universe, aiming to preserve Indian culture and heritage through modern storytelling and visuals.
Hombale Films and Kliim Productions have announced a full line-up for this animated franchise, which will unfold over the next decade. It will cover all ten avatars of Lord Vishnu, starting with Mahavatar Narasimha in 2025.
The film is set to release on 25 July 2025 in five Indian languages and will be available in 3D, offering audiences a fresh and immersive experience.
