Kuberaa, directed by Sekhar Kammula and featuring stars Dhanush, Rashmika Mandanna, and Nagarjuna, has made a strong box office. One of the most awaited films of the year, it has now earned over ₹54 crore within its first four days, according to early estimates.
The film opened on Thursday with collections of ₹14.75 crore, and it continued to build through the weekend. On Saturday, it saw a rise of nearly 12%, bringing in ₹16.5 crore, followed by an even stronger Sunday with ₹17.35 crore. Monday’s report shows day four figures at ₹5.77 crore, pushing the total to an estimated ₹54.77 crore.
Audiences and critics have praised the film, especially Dhanush’s performance, which has received widespread appreciation. To celebrate the success, the cast and crew gathered for an event on Sunday. Rashmika thanked Dhanush via social media. She also mentioned how, despite their busy schedules, they often spoke about the need for rest — though neither of them had time for it.
The film, which was released across India in multiple languages, was cleared by the censor board with a UA rating after 19 edits were made. It also features actor Jim Sarbh in an important role.
With strong word-of-mouth and continued audience interest, Kuberaa is expected to keep performing well at the box office in the coming days.
