Karthi is coming up with Japan for this Diwali after PS 2. He has become one of the most popular Tamil heroes in Telugu. He did act with Nagarjuna in direct Telugu film, Oopiri. Post that his stock has increased in popularity with Khaidi, Dheeran. He has been able to act in a period drama like Ponniyin Selvan, PS -1 and PS -2, in the direction of Mani Ratnam.
Now, he is coming with Japan, in the direction of Raju Murugan. Karthi attracted many with his different dialogue delivery. Anu Emmanuel is playing the role of leading lady in the film. Suriya congratulated his brother, for completing 25 films with this one. He stated that he also envies Karthi’s ability to do any kind of a role.
Post Sardar, Karthi is releasing this film for Diwali, again. For the actor, the festival has been very successful as he delivered Khaidi and Sardar. Now, he is hoping to repeat the same with Japan. The makers have released Touching Touching song from the movie. GV Prakash Kumar composed music from the movie.
The song has moments of Karthi breaking 4th wall, as well. This movie looks like a fun experiment from the actor and director within commercial parameters. GV Prakash song is also good to listen. If the movie manages to become a big hit, the song will be more popular. Annapurna Studios is releasing the movie in Telugu while Dream Warrior pictures has produced it.
