Finally, Janhvi Kapoor is sharing screen with a young star hero, Varun Dhawan and the movie has been postponed to a later date. Dangal director, Nitesh Tiwari after Chicchore has decided to make his next with Sajid Nadiadwala again and he cast Janhvi Kapoor, Varun Dhawan.
The movie has been titled Bawaal and it has been scheduled for Summer release on 7th April, 2023. Now, the producers have decided to move the release of the movie to a later date. Janhvi Kapoor has completed shooting for her portions, suggest the reports but the team needed time to complete VFX and post production works. Varun Dhawan released Bhediya, at the end of 2022 and the movie failed to become a successful grosser. VFX used found to be tacky. Nitesh Tiwari being a successful director, wanted Bawaal to look international and hence team took this decision. Wait for Janhvi Kapoor for a theatrical release, continues.
