Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment have unveiled the much-awaited Telugu trailer of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Infinity Castle. The film, which is the first instalment of a grand trilogy, is set to release in cinemas across India on September 12.
As part of its global rollout, the film will be showcased in IMAX and Premium Large Formats (PLF), giving audiences a larger-than-life cinematic experience. Alongside Japanese (with English subtitles), the film will also be available in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu dubbed versions, ensuring accessibility for a wider audience.
The story follows Tanjiro Kamado, a young boy whose family is brutally murdered by demons. His sister, Nezuko, survives the attack but is transformed into a demon herself. Determined to restore her humanity, Tanjiro joins the Demon Slayer Corps, embarking on an emotional yet thrilling journey filled with sword battles, tragedy, and heartfelt moments.
This cinematic trilogy marks the final arc of the award-winning and hugely popular shōnen anime series.
