‘Bimbisara’ is the most expensive film in Nandamuri Kalyanram’s career. It’s also the most VFX-heavy movie to come out from NTR Arts, the banner owned by the hero himself. Writer-director Vashist is all set to tell the story of an emperor who takes rebirth after centuries.
The large sets and high-octane wars are visibly cool if the teaser is anything to go by.
Starring also Catherine Tresa, ‘Bheemla Nayak’ actress Samyuktha Menon, Warina Hussain and others, the film has different roles for the well-known faces Vennela Kishore, Brahmaji, and comedian Srinivasa Reddy. Chirantan Bhatt of ‘Kanche’ and ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’ has composed the songs. Santhosh Narayanan of ‘Kabali’ and ‘Kaala’ fame has composed the BGM. Chota K Naidu has wielded the camera.
