Amitabh Bachchan has been one of the biggest box office idols like Superstar Rajinikanth. Both of them have shared screen in 90’s blockbuster HUM. After 30 years, Amitabh Bachchan will be seen sharing screen with Rajinikanth in T170. Lyca Productions has announced the project and stated that it will be biggest in Thalaivar’s career. Now, they have made casting announcements and it’s quite sensational. Rajinikanth will be seen sharing screen major stars from various languages.
TJ Gnanavel, who made sensational Jai Bhim, will direct this 170th film of Thalaivar Rajinikanth. Lyca Productions is expecting this movie to be as big hit as Jailer and 2.0. As Jailer became Industry Hit by collecting Rs.650 crores Gross worldwide, Lyca wants this movie to be even bigger blockbuster. Hence, they have brought in huge casting. Amitabh Bachchan, Manju Warrier, Fahadh Faasil, Dushara Vijayan, Ritika Singh and Rana Daggubati have been cast in this Rajinikanth film.
Anirudh Ravichander is composing music for the film after Jailer. Subaskaran will be producing the movie on a never before seen scale. Rajinikanth will join sets from November states industry sources. Lyca Productions is making big moves to produce this Rajinikanth film and then they have Ajith Kumar film, as well going on the sets. Vida Muyarchi will start going on floors from October second week state sources. Well, both the films will be huge releases in 2024 for Tamil Industry along with Indian 2 and Thalapathy68.
