RRR has made many of Telugu and Indian movie lovers very happy. The success it has achieved made a world of difference for Indian filmmakers as many are expecting global recognition and preparing their scripts, films accordingly. Along with RRR, other Indian contenders for Oscars include The Kashmir Files, Kantara, Gangubai Kathiawadi, Vikrant Rona, All That Breathes, Chhello Show, Iravin Nizhal, Me Vasantrao and Tuzhyasathi Kahihi. RRR makers are enjoying the recognition and success they are getting in US.
In the list, if you observed along with much publicized RRR, Kantara and Vikrant Rona have also been part of 301 films qualified to Oscars. Total 10 Indian films have been qualified for 95th Academy Award ceremony and Hombale films shared their happiness along with the news on social media. They wrote:

While this is going on, RRR team has attended special screening of the film at Chinese Theatres. J.J. Abrams, who directed Star Wars and Star Trek films has introduced SS Rajamouli to the crowd and the updates shared from the screening show an atmosphere like in an Indian theatre celebrating RRR.
