Ajith Kumar has come up with Thunivu for Pongal, 2023. The movie and Vijay film, Varisu, clashed at box office for Pongal since, 11th January, 2023. Ajith Kumar did not confirm his next film, AK62, yet. Lyca Productions is producing the film and previously, Vignesh Shivn is announced to be the director. But he has been said to be removed from the project and Magizh Thirumeni is said to be the new director. Ajith Kumar is expected to give final nod for producers to announce the film, officially.
The actor with his wife went to UK and Europe for vacation. Now, the movie AK62 is trending on social media as rumours stating that Venkat Prabhu could direct the film. He directed Ajith Kumar in Mankatha and fans are waiting for Mankatha 2 or another film from their combination from a long time. So, they got excited and even for Magizh Thirumeni, they are highly excited. Santhosh Narayanan, music composer, stated that he could be composing for an Ajith Kumar film, soon.
Fans of the actor and Tamil influencers are talking about the movie AK62 and they are expecting the announcement to come on Friday or next week. Lyca Productions is expected to release Ajith Kumar film for Diwali. AK62 digital rights have already been sold to Netflix and Thunivu has been released on 8th February. Thunivu has become highest grosser for Ajith Kumar, as per trade reports.
