1.Chia pudding:-

In a bowl, add milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup and salt. Whisk it all together and let the chia seeds soak for 30 minutes. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next day, your chia pudding should be thick and creamy. Your pudding is ready to eat. You can layer it up with some fresh fruits.

2.Fruit and nut salad with chia seeds:-

Add coconut milk, chia seeds and honey in a bowl. Whisk together to compine and let it rest for 2 hours. Then, chop all the fruits into small, cube-like pieces. Chop the nuts in pieces too and add in a bowl and mix. Pour the dressing on the salad and toss gently. Mix well together and it’s ready to feast on.

3.Chia seed oatmeal:-

In a pot, add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt and stir together to combine. Add almond milk and stir gently on medium flame. Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the heat to low. Let the oats simmer and soften. Add in the honey and top it up with some fruits and nuts. Your chia seed oatmeal is ready to eat.

4.Chia seed detox water:-

In a bowl, add chia seeds and water. Then, add mint leaves, lemon juice, and honey. Let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes. Mix all the ingredients together. You will see a gel-like liquid by the end. Your detox water is ready to drink.
