But the hair oil can vary from season to season and since we are experiencing the chilly weather right now and taking long hot showers so we need to choose the correct hair oils that can nourish our hair and take away the dryness that hot water brings.
1.Olive oil:-
It helps in preventing strands from getting damaged, rough and frizzy. It also adds nourishment not only to hair but also scalp. Olive oil is also one of the primary ingredients in many homemade hair masks. Here is a quick olive oil hair mask that you can make at home-mix it with egg yolk and honey to treat split ends, frizz and dull strands. Keep it on for 20-30 minutes and then rinse it off.
2.Bhringraj Oil:-
Although Bhringraj oil isn’t the kind that you hear about every day, it is quite popular in Ayurveda therapy as well as medical science. This oil really has the best reputation for all that it can do for our skin and especially our hair. The Vitamin E that’s in it aids in soothing dry and/or inflamed skin. The oil overall helps to treat dandruff and dry scalp, reduce hair fall, increase blood circulation, add sheen, promote hair growth, and even prevent premature greying. You can simply warm it up, apply it on your scalp and roots thoroughly and keep it on for 30 minutes before rinsing it off.
3.Almond Oil:-
Almond oil is very nourishing for extremely dry and damaged hair. It is said to be extremely nutritious, as it is rich in Vitamin E, magnesium, Omega-3 fatty acids, etc. That is why it helps to nourish and strengthen the hair, improving its texture and adding luster to the hair. Take only half-teaspoon almond oil in your palm and rub the palms lightly together, so that the oil is smeared on both palms. Then, starting at the ends, run the fingers through the hair.
4.Coconut Oil:-
Coconut oil is probably the most popular oil with which everyone is obsessed. It is said to strengthen the hair and make it thick and shiny. The application of coconut oil with a light massage helps to stimulate blood circulation to the hair follicles and also softens hair texture. Coconut oil may also be used with curry leaves to restore health to the hair. Add coconut oil to the fresh curry leaves and boil them. This should be boiled till a black residue is formed. Cool the mixture and then add the black residue to the scalp. Keep it on for an hour and then wash the hair. This may be done 2 or 3 times a week.

Jojoba Oil is rich in vitamins and minerals that nourish hair. It has an oily composition, so it can be used as a moisturizer. It can also be added to hair conditioners to give you added protection against dryness, breakage, and split ends. The oil can also moisturize the scalp and may be a dandruff remedy. Apply to the hair above the scalp, and work down evenly to hair tips. Leave in for about 20 minutes, and then shampoo, condition, and rinse.
