Process goals: These are about how you’re going to reach your goals, such as how often you’ll workout or how many days you’ll adhere to a strict diet.

2.Decide on a diet you’ll stick with​:-

Instead of jumping on overwhelming fad diets, rework your current diet and modify it to a healthier version. Eat whole grains for carbs and healthy fats like monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. Keep your diet rich in lean protein with foods like chicken, fish, and plant-based protein sources such as beans and chickpeas.

3.Choose a workout plan you’ll actually do:-

The variety of things you can do in your workout routine can be exciting but also confusing. You can decide based on your available time — do you have time to join a Zumba class? Next comes your capacity — can you manage to go to the gym after getting done with your work? Another factor is finding which exercise is both fun and effective for you — something you will have to figure out with a little bit of experimenting and patience.

4.Find a workout buddy​:-

Dieting and exercising takes a lot of commitment and it is easier to hit the snooze button to skip your workout or go out to eat junk food with friends. However, if you find a buddy with whom you can lose weight together – you are more likely to commit to your fitness and diet regime in the long run.

5.Focus on other aspects of your life​:-

In order to lose weight in a healthy manner, there are no shortcuts. You have to live a healthy life with ample sleep and manage your stress levels. It is only then that you can lose weight and keep it off too.
