Juices are absolutely delicious and if you are a picky eater or do not have the habit of eating fruits and salads, then juices can be a great way to incorporate these healthy foods in your diet and increase your water intake. However to eat fruits and vegetables raw for maximum nutrients and fiber.
1.Beetroot amla juice:-
Ingredients:-
- 1 cup beetroot, chopped
- 1 cup amla, diced
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 5-6 pudina leaves
- 1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 cup water
Add the chopped beetroot, amla, ginger, and pudina leaves in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add water, roasted jeera powder, black salt, lemon juice, honey and blend again. Strain and serve in a tall glass. Consume immediately.

2.Spinach and cucumber juice:-
Ingredients:-
- 200 gm cucumber
- 50 gm spinach leaves
- 1/4 inch ginger
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Rock salt, to taste
Wash cucumber, spinach leaves and ginger. Chop the ingredients into small pieces. Add them all to a blender and blend. Add water if required. You can drink directly or strain before drinking. Add some rock salt and lemon juice to enhance the taste.

3.Bottle gourd, orange and pineapple juice
Ingredients:-
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup sliced oranges
- 1 cup chopped bottle gourd
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- Few basil leave
- Few curry leaves
Gather all the ingredients and chop or slice them as required. Add them all to a blender with a little water. Blend it all nicely till smooth. Strain all the pulp out with a sieve, serve and enjoy.

4.Tomato cucumber juice:-
Ingredients:-
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled
- 5 to 6 fresh mint sprigs
- 1/4 tsp rock salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup chilled water
Boil the tomatoes first and then soak them in cold water to cool down. Blend them into a puree. Add pieces of cucumber and blend again. Strain the mixture. Add some chilled water, lemon juice, salt and beaten mint leaves. Serve and enjoy.

5.Carrot apple juice:-
Ingredients:-
- 200 gm carrot
- 200 gm apple
- 1 inch ginger
- Pink salt to taste
- Ice cubes (if required)
Wash all the ingredients. Peel and cut the carrots vertically. Peel and slice the apples into chunks. Add all the ingredients, except the ice cubes, into a blender. Add a little pink salt to taste. Blend until smooth. Strain if you want. You can also add more water if required. Add ice cubes and serve immediately.
