Ingredients of Chilli Soya Nuggets:-
Step 1 Marinate the soya chunks:-
To prepare this dish, first, mix soya chunks, cornflour, salt and garlic paste in a pan together. Using hands, mix the ingredients very well. Keep this mix aside undisturbed until needed next.
Step 2 Shallow fry the soya chunks:-
Now, heat oil in a pan over a medium flame. Once the oil heats sufficiently, add in the marinated soya chunks. Shallow fry and then remove from heat.
Step 3 Saute vegetables with sauces:-
Next, heat the oil left over after frying the soya chunks. Once the oil is heated, add chopped onions, chopped capsicum and chopped green chillies. Saute for a minute and then add salt with Ajinomoto, soya sauce, vinegar and ketchup. Cook this mix for 3-5 minutes.
Step 4 Add soya chunks and serve hot:-
Finally, add the fried soya nuggets and cook for a minute or two. Then take it out on a serving dish, top with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot. Do try this recipe, rate it and let us know how it turned out to be.
