
It is oblivious to many that foods do have an effect on the mental health and well being of an individual. Now let us have a look on foods that make you anxious:-
1.Fruit juice:-
“The fiber in the whole fruit fills you up and slows down how your blood takes in energy. Without that fiber, you are drinking nutritious sugar water that quickly hypes you up, and brings you down just as fast,” explains the post on why fruit juice is as energy draining as it gives energy.
