The Evercare Group successfully concluded its first-ever Quality Conference in Hyderabad, Thursday and Friday. The conference brought together over 400 participants from across emerging markets, to share insights, collaborate, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Over the course of two days, the conference highlighted the importance of the Quadruple Aim framework, focusing on Patient Outcomes, Patient Experience, Healthcare Worker Well-being, and the Value of Healthcare. 50 abstract submissions, 35 posters and 20 quality improvement projects were presented by both clinical and non-clinical staff, covering Patient Outcomes, Patient Experience, Healthcare Worker Well-being, and the Value of Healthcare. Collaborative discussions, informative guest speakers, and engaging poster presentations further enriched the event.

Dr. J. Venkati, District Medical & Health Officer (DMHO) of Hyderabad, emphasized the significance of reducing healthcare costs. He highlighted the need for collaboration between private and government hospitals to mitigate expenses while upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety. “The Evercare Group’s Quality Conference serves as a platform to promote dialogue and partnership among healthcare stakeholders. By working together, we can find innovative solutions to drive down costs without compromising on quality,” stated Dr. Venkati.
