Ingredients required:-
Pooha
Oil
Peanuts
Cumin Seeds
Turmeric
Onion-1
Green chillies-3
Coriander leaves-as per required
Any vegetables of choice.

Recipe:-
First, rinse pooha and drain the water immediately. Repeat the process twice and put it aside. Next chop 1 onion, 3 chillies, some coriander leaves, some chopped vegetables as required. Heats the pans add some peanuts and roast it. pour some oil in the same pan and add Cumin seeds. Add all the chopped vegetables and sauté them well for some time. Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook until they get soften. Add turmeric, pooha and mix it together in a low heat. Garnish it with coriander leaves and roasted peanuts. A good delicious, healthy breakfast is done.

Ingredients required:-

Oats
Oil
Mustard seeds
Finely chopped Chillies, carrots, coriander
Curd

Recipe:-
Dry roast oats on a pan and blend them in a mixer like a fine powder. Heat a pan add some oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal. After sometime ass finely chopped green chilies, carrot and coriander. Add turmeric powder and salt to taste and fry it. Mix it with curd and prepare like a proper idly batter. Pour the batter in greased idly steamer plates and steam it for 10-15 mins and serve it hot.

Ingredients:-
A cup of Moong Dal
Chillies-2
Ginger
Cumin seeds
Turmeric
Vegetables of choice

Recipe:-
Soak a cup of Moong Dal for 2-3 hours. Drain the water and make fine paste. Add chili, ginger, cumin to it and make it into a smooth paste. Add turmeric, coriander, hing and salt to the batter. Mix well and add water, vegetables to form a thick paste. Pour some batter and spread it gently and sprinkle some oil on it. Let it cook until golden brown color in medium flame. Flip the Chilla and cook it on both sides. Serve it hot with any choice.
