Do you know that excessive workout can lead to joint and heart problems. Do you think that if you work out for long time there are many benefits? No! Excessive exercise is not good for health.

Researchers found that intense exercise is equal to running 60 minutes per day, five days a week. Intense level of workout can promote imbalance of enzymes and control the contraction and relaxation of the heart. Depending on your age do workouts which suit your body. Workout only once a day not twice a day if you think that you are working out twice a day that doesn’t mean that you are burning more calories. Do less intense exercise in your 40’s.

5 weeks for 1 hour of exercise would be enough for people above 40 years. Doing any exercise intensive is not good for health. Check your health condition before doing excessive exercise.
