1.Banana:-

A fruit which is easily available throughout the year, banana is the best natural ingredient for your skin and hair. It helps to cleanse the skin while moisturising it. Mix a mashed banana with honey and apply the face pack to your face to get a softer looking skin. You can mash a banana and apply it to your hair as a hair mask too. It hydrates the hair for a moisturised mane. There is a reason why bananas are an important ingredient in making beauty products, including shampoos and conditioners.

2.Milk:-

One of the best and most powerful winter ingredients for your skin and hair is milk. Using raw milk and water on your face gives you a supple glowing skin while using it as a pre-conditioner to your hair can help you deal with the frizz and dullness in winters. Apply milk with honey on your face and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing it off with cold water. For your mane, apply milk for an hour before your bath to soften the frizz.

Coconut oil is a very important beauty ingredient for the winters. Not only warm coconut oil is a natural remedy for dry frizzy and dull hair, it is also enriched with fatty acids that protect the skin from the harshness of winters. Massage the oil into your scalp and also the areas of your skin and body which appear to be dried out. It also works wonders on cracked heels.
