Stock Markets have once again ended flat after touching huge highs on 30th July. Investors once again decided to go for profit booking post hitting huge highs. The major reason for this kind of turnout is the circumspecion about US Federal reserve upcoming decisions. Also, the International cues have not been great as well.
In the session, BSE Sensex hit again 81,815.27 mark and then started slipping down after hitting another lifetime high mark. Nifty50 also traded again in the same regions as 29th July. It hit highest mark at 24,971.75 and then slipped down. Hence, Big indices of Stock Markets, BSE gained 99.55 points to close at 81,455.40 and Nifty50 gained 21.20 points to close at 24,857.30 mark.
In this session of Stock Markets, BSE Sensex started trading same as previous closing at 81,349.28 and then continued to trade between 81,230.44 – 81,815.27. On the other hand, Nifty Sensex started trading at same level as previous closing at 24,839.40 mark and it hit its highest for the day at 24,971.75. While Nifty50 hit the lowest at 24,798.65.
Indian Rupee traded at Rs.83.73 against USD on 30th July 2024. Tata Motors, NTPC, Power Grid Corporation Of India, Bajaj Finserv, and Asian Paints ended as Top Gainers in Sensex. Tata Motors, NTPC, Bharat Petroleum Corporation, Power Grid Corporation Of India, and Asian Paints ended as Top Gainers in Nifty50.
On the other hand in top indices of Stock Markets; Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, ITC, Hindustan Unilever, Bharti Airtel, and Ultratech Cement stocks ended as Top Loser in Sensex. While LTI Mindtree, Cipla, SBI Life Insurance Company, Grasim Industries, and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries ended as Top Losers in Nifty50.
