Stock Markets continued the recovery after Friday session on Monday, too. Markets have been going through huge crashes last week but they reversed this on Friday. International Stock Markets helped on Friday but on Monday, they did not. Still, traders have decided to continue investing in stocks of big Indian companies. Stock Markets continued gains after dropping in the first hour. Hence, BSE gained 329.85 points to close at 64,112.65 and Nifty gained 93.65 points to close at 19,140.90 mark.
BSE Sensex started trading at 63,885.56 mark and then continued to trade between 63,431.45 to 64,184.58 range. Index started low but traders helped it to gain as the session progressed. BSE ended the trading session at 64,112.65 by gaining 329.85 points. Nifty Sensex started trading at 19,053.40 mark and it hit highest for the day at 19,158.50. Nifty50 hit the lowest at 18,940.00. Index started low but started gaining as the session progressed. Hence, Nifty50 ended by gaining 93.65 points on 19,140.90.
Indian Rupee traded at Rs.83.25 against US Dollar on Monday. UltraTech Cements, Reliance, ICICI Bank, Bharathi Airtel, HDFC Bank, IndusInd Bank, TCS, L & T, Kotak Mahindra Bank, SBI gained on SENSEX30 index. Traders did not care about the International factors. The quarter results by Big Companies have been encouraging and that helped Markets as well. Stock Markets need to continue this momentum for a longer period to recover from huge losses.
