Stock Markets for the second day, registered huge gains on Thursday. IT, Healthcare, Consumer Durables sector stocks have performed well in this session. Traders have been enthusiastic in investing. But they looked to make profits at highest benchmarks. Hence, BSE gained 306.55 points to close at 65,982.48 and Nifty gained 89.75 points to close at 19,765.20 mark.
BSE Sensex started trading at 65,665.87 mark and then continued to trade between 65,507.02 to 66,358.37 range. Index started with losses but recovered by the mid-session. Towards the end, due to selling pressure, the index dropped from 66,000 benchmark. Hence, BSE ended the trading session at 65,982.48 by gaining 306.55 points.

Nifty Sensex started trading at 19,674.70 mark and it hit highest for the day at 19,875.25. Nifty50 hit the lowest at 19,627.00. Major stocks performed well but again due to the selling pressure. The major gains have been restricted from going beyond highest mark. Hence, Nifty50 ended by gaining 89.75 points on 19,765.20.
Indian Rupee traded at Rs.83.23 against US Dollar on 16th November, 2023. Stock Markets are on a huge recovery path post Diwali holidays. The Bull run for the markets needs to continue for few more sessions. As traders have faced huge amount of losses in sessions, this recovery is most important for recovering from losses.
