Stock Markets on 21st February grew up but had a great dip to end with marginal losses. Markets started show some recovery in the morning hours but then had a great dip and ended with losses. International Stock Markets ended losing huge and that showed effect. Majority of the shares failed to recover with traders being scared by inflation and increase in interest rates. By the end of the trading session of Stock Markets, BSE lost 18.82 points to close at 60,672.72 and Nifty lost 17.90 points to close at 17,826.70 mark.
BSE Sensex of Stock Markets started trading at 60,770.43 mark and then continued to trade between 60,583.72 to 60,976.59 range. Finally, BSE ended the trading session at 60,672.72 by losing 18.82 points. Nifty Sensex of Stock Markets started trading at 17,905.80 mark and it hit highest for the day at 17,924.90. Nifty hit the lowest at 17,800.30. It traded in red all-day and ended the session by losing 17.90 points and ended at 17,826.70.
Indian Rupee traded at Rs.82.77 against US Dollar on Tuesday. Traders seem to be trying to be overtly cautious with the amount of gossip about inflation rate being high is growing up. Stock Markets might tend to be fluctuate even more in coming days, if things remain the same.
