Stock Markets registered huge losses on Thursday. Traders wanted to make profits during the session. Major indices of Stock Markets have once again reached life-time highs. But then due to the selling pressure, they could not sustain. Stock Markets had to face heavy selling pressure during the end of the session. Hence, BSE lost 284.26 points to close at 63,238.89 and Nifty lost 85.60 points to close at 18,771.25 mark.
BSE Sensex of Stock Markets started trading at 63,601.71 mark and then continued to trade between 63,200.63 to 63,601.71 range. Finally, BSE ended the trading session at 63,238.89 by losing 284.26 points. At highest mark, BSE recorded Life-time high. Nifty Sensex of Stock Markets started trading at 18,853.60 mark and it hit highest for the day at 18,886.60. Nifty hit the lowest at 18,759.50. It ended by losing 85.60 points on 18,771.25.
Indian Rupee traded at Rs.81.95 against US Dollar on Thursday. While the profits have been huge on Wednesday, Thursday did not have similar effect. Stock Markets could not sustain the selling pressure from Traders. Majority of stocks ended up losing their lifetime high values. Stock Markets might recover from this on Friday looking at the pattern.
