Stock Markets ended the week on a low with losses on Friday. Traders decided to sell-off their stocks for profits. It showed huge effect on the last day of the week for Stock Markets. International Stock Markets have ended with huge positives. Hence, Indian Markets also started high. But Traders have decided to take profits. In the end, BSE lost 223.01 points to close at 62,625.63 and Nifty lost 71.15 points to close at 18,563.40 mark.
BSE Sensex of Stock Markets started trading at 62,810.68 mark and then continued to trade between 62,594.74 to 62,992.16 range. Finally, BSE ended the trading session at 62,625.63 by losing 223.01 points. Nifty Sensex of Stock Markets started trading at 18,655.90 mark and it hit highest for the day at 18,676.65. Nifty hit the lowest at 18,555.40. The index started high but soon dipped and continued trading in red entire session. Hence, it ended by losing 71.15 points on 18,563.40.
Indian Rupee traded at Rs.82.47 against US Dollar on Friday. IT, Metal, Automobile and FMCG stocks have registered major losses in Stock Markets on Friday. Traders did not show much confidence in the markets and indices showcased major losses. Stock Markets might seem to have corrected in the last two sessions by the end of the week.
