Stock Markets on 23rd December continued to crash further. Covid-19 scare added to the poor performance big stocks as Indian Stock Markets owes have continued just before Christmas weekend. Recession scares, weakened INR value and dip in International Stock Markets contributed to the already tough session to never recover. BSE lost 980.93 points to close at 59,845.29 and Nifty lost 320.55 points to close at 17,806.80 mark.
BSE Sensex of Stock Markets started trading at 60,205.56 mark and then continued to trade between 59,765.56 to 60,546.88 range. Finally, BSE ended the trading session at 59,845.29 by losing 980.93 points. Nifty Sensex of Stock Markets started trading at 17,977.65 mark and it hit highest for the day at 18,050.45, in the morning. Nifty hit the lowest at 17,779.50 mid-session and recovered slightly to finish at 17,806.80 by losing 320.55 points.
Indian Rupee traded at Rs.82.82 against US Dollar on Friday. As Christmas weekend will start and the long holiday season is about to start Internationally, Covid-19 scare for fourth wave has also increased, traders might find it hard to make good profits for the end of the year. Stock Markets might slowly recover in the New Year but until then caution is advised.
