Stock Markets on 20th January fell again after Thursday reds. International Stock Markets have ended up in losses and this did not help Indian traders to go bold. After a positive start, by afternoon, Indian Stock Markets ended up trading in losses and in the end, BSE lost 236.66 points to close at 60,621.77 and Nifty lost 80.20 points to close at 18,027.65 mark.
BSE Sensex of Stock Markets started trading at 60,901.16 mark and then continued to trade between 60,585.25 to 61,001.18 range. Finally, BSE ended the trading session at 60,621.77 by losing 236.66 points. Nifty Sensex of Stock Markets started trading at 18,115.60 mark and it hit highest for the day at
18,145.45. Nifty hit the lowest at 18,016.20. It started off well and traded positive in initial hours but then tumbled down to end at 18,027.65 by losing 80.20 points.
Indian Rupee traded at Rs.81.13 against US Dollar on Friday. Stock Markets have ended the week of Makar Sankranti on a low, once again. Now, we can only expect the Budget session to help them recover!
