Stock Markets returned to register gains on Thursday. Traders looked to sell-off and make profits during the session. International Stock Markets have ended with mixed results and this also added to traders dilemma. While the stocks gained high during the session they kept fluctuating. Stock Markets even though lost hugely still they ended with life-time highs. BSE gained 52.01 points to close at 67,519.00 and Nifty gained 33.10 points to close at 20,103.10 mark.
BSE Sensex of Stock Markets started trading at 67,627.03 mark and then continued to trade between 67,336.46 to 67,771.05 range. Index started high and kept fluctuating in green till the end. BSE ended the trading session at 67,519.00 by gaining 52.01 points. Nifty Sensex of Stock Markets started trading at 20,127.95 mark and it hit highest for the day at 20,167.65. At highest, index touched lifetime high. Nifty50 hit the lowest at 20,043.45. Index started high and fluctuated a lot. Still, Nifty50 ended by gaining 33.10 points on 20,103.10.
Indian Rupee traded at Rs.82.98 against US Dollar on Thursday. Experts have stated that options expiry has made traders to further look for making profits. Hence, Stock Markets could not really register maximum gains during the session. M&M, Tata Steel, Tech Mahindra, Nestle India, Powergrid, Infosys, HCL Tech, Axis Bank, Ultratech Cements, L&T stocks registered gains in Sensex30. Stock Markets even though lost major gains, still they have touched new benchmarks and this is a huge aspect. Experts predict the momentum will continue further.
