Stock Markets Update: Indices recover in the last hour

Traders started to invest back in stocks as the markets have hit huge losses. In the last hour, Stock Markets recovered and registered marginal gains. BSE gained 100.27 points to close at 65,880.52 and Nifty gained 36.15 points to close at 19,611.05 mark.

Stock Markets recovered in the last hour to continue the gains on Wednesday. Markets started on a high but dropped into losses in the mid-session. International Stock Markets ended the session with marginal gains and they did not really effect Indian Markets. Traders started to invest back in stocks as the markets have hit huge losses. In the last hour, Stock Markets recovered and registered marginal gains. BSE gained 100.27 points to close at 65,880.52 and Nifty gained 36.15 points to close at 19,611.05 mark.

BSE Sensex of Stock Markets started trading at 65,744.19 mark and then continued to trade between 65,488.03 to 65,971.13 range. Index started high and dropped immediately. In the last hour and half, index recovered and registered gains. BSE ended the trading session at 65,880.52 by gaining 100.27 points. Nifty Sensex of Stock Markets started trading at 19,581.20 mark and it hit highest for the day at 19,636.45. Nifty50 hit the lowest at 19,491.50. Index started high but dropped low and registered gains in the last hour. Nifty50 ended by gaining 36.15 points on 19,611.05.

Indian Rupee traded at Rs.83.13 against US Dollar on Wednesday. Bharati Airtel, HDFC Bank, Titan, ITC, UltraTech Cements, Sun Pharma, Bajaj Finserv, HUL, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Nestle India shares have ended in gains in Sensex 30. Stock Markets have started September with four consecutive sessions in gains. This is a great improvement for Markets after last two weeks of August. Stock Markets seem to show strength in this month by recovering from great losses.
