Apple on 12th September at the event, introduced iPhone 15 with some upgrades to older models. They have made iPhone 15 chargeable with Type C cables and improved features for base models too. Apple introduced action button, 48MP camera and Dynamic Island feature. From now on, Apple phones in future will also have features like Pro Models in Base models too. iPhone 15 will be available in iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max as iPhone 15 series. Apple is expected to bring these models into market from 22nd September.
Organization has conducted this annual event in California, USA. Many Apple product lovers have been waiting for this event to see what new features and improvements will the company introduce in phones. They have made these phones with Titanium body and gave glass covering to the back side for all models. 48MP Main camera will give basic photos in 24MP resolution. Apple has also released 2x Telephoto feature. They have written, “By intelligently integrating hardware and software, an additional 2x Telephoto option gives users three optical-quality zoom levels — 0.5x, 1x, 2x — for the first time on an iPhone dual-camera system.”
They have equipped phones with A16 Bionic chip. Apple has stated that this will power, “With two high-performance cores that use 20 percent less power and four high-efficiency cores, the 6-core CPU is faster than the previous generation and easily handles intensive tasks while delivering extraordinary battery life. The 5-core GPU has 50 percent more memory bandwidth for smooth graphics when streaming videos and playing games.” Also, Apple has claimed that iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus battery durability will be higher than previous models.
Apple iPhone 15 is priced at Rs.79,900 and iPhone 15 Plus is priced a Rs.89,900. Base storage of both the phones will 128GB. The cost of the iPhone 15 Pro (128 GB) starts at Rs.1,34,900 and if you want to buy the iPhone 15 Pro Max with 256GB storage, you will have to pay Rs.1,59,900. Apple iPhone 14 is now priced at Rs.69,900 and iPhone 14 Plus is now priced at Rs.79,900. Even Apple Watch and AirPods Pro that have been introduced at this event, now support USB-C functionality.
