Nobel Prize winner Professor Michael Kremer lauds the educational reforms in Andhra Pradesh and calls them highly successful and rewarding. He further states that YSRCP Government’s initiatives are not just revolutionary but also strategic, something that others can follow.
Professor Kremer, along with Ms Emily Cupito from DIL University Chicago, visited Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan’s central office in the state today. During their visit, Mr S. Suresh Kumar, Commissioner of School Education, and Mr B. Srinivasa Rao, Director, Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan Scheme AP, provided valuable insights into the educational schemes and programs implemented by the Andhra Pradesh government.
The team of experts are on a three-day visit to schools in Eluru district where the Personalized and Adaptive Learning (PAL) project is being executed. These world renowned professors will learn & deliberate about the implementation of various educational initiatives brought by Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy and understand how AP govt is revolutionising how education should be imparted.
